Homemade Stir Fry
In support of this week's Femme Fitale challenge I made a stir fry meal for myself and family. Stir fries are great because they are quick, easy and delicious. Exercising While on Vacation

How Bad Do You Want It Workout
This workout session was a very intense yet exhilirating one. We went nonstop in a major superset with a lot of exercises and then just repeated. I am feeling it now in my glutes! Try it and tell me how you feel afterwards.
