Make Me Stronger Workout

This morning I woke up and felt good.  Had good energy and sipped on water prior to this workout.  It is intense because my trainer incorporated a bunch of trisets and combinations that kept the body working and guessing.  On my way home I passed my husband on the way to the gym – he thought he would still catch me there to “smoke me” as he puts it but I was long gone.  🙂

Try this workout and let me know how it goes for you.  If there are questions on any of the exercises  just post them in the comments.  ENJOY!
