I want to be your personal trainer. I am a NASM-Personal Trainer in training and I want to help you achieve your fitness and health goals with my programs.

My coaching philosophy is “The numbers that count are more than just what is on the scale and the measuring tape. Get your biometrics in line, the other numbers will fall in line”.

I not only want to help you reshape your body but work closely with you to embrace fitness as a lifestyle that isn’t fulfilled with basic get thin quick diet plans, body wraps or fat burner pills. You didn’t put the weight on overnight and I’m not going to coach you with unsound practices just to meet an unhealthy goal.

I want to work with you and show you how to lose the excess weight the right way as well as help you overcome some of the mental barriers and old ways of thinking that causes people to give up or stop trying when things get a little challenging or they feel a bit uncomfortable with the process. You will be doing and eating things you may not have done with your body in a while so get your mind right and let’s do this.

I accept clients on a first come-first serve basis and at this time, only working with 5 clients concurrently. This is structured this way so that I can provide the most paramount customer service and attention to my clients to ensure results and success.

My programs include:

• my commitment and dedication to help you achieve and exceed your fitness goals
• customized workouts based on your fitness level, time constraints and equipment access,
• general meal plans, designed with your favorite foods in mind, to support your energy needs for your workouts as well as facilitate metabolism boosting and fat burning to help you lose the excess fat and weight. In addition I will be tutoring you on how to read food labels properly on the side and back of packages so you can make healthier eating choices in order to remain consistent with your program goals.
• Skype coaching sessions and 24-hour accessibility to me via mobile phone, direct message, Skype, email, GroupMe or text message, and
• regular text messages motivating you to stay on track
• daily meal tracking and sharing your food journal w/ me via the free app My Fitness Pal
• access to my private online fitness accountability group

If you’ve always wanted a personal trainer but couldn’t afford one, now you can.  This program provides one-on-one virtual coaching (unless you are local) plus a structured and customized workout plan to help you stay consistent as well as reach your fitness goals.

This robust program includes:

  • Initial and final assessment
  • 8 or 12 weeks of customer workouts
  • General meal plan to support your energy needs for your muscle and strength endurance workout plan and to assist with fat and weight loss

This was such an eye opening experience. a rude awakening to my body when it was denied its usual fare. a pleasant surprise in that i didn’t want to check in with myself weekly and my Honeymoon created a moment that i KNEW was going to derail my forward progress, however, my body prevailed. i am thankful that i was able to work hard prior to the vacation. CINCHERS.. we HAVE to keep working at it. i was able to wear my 2-piece on the beach and not be shamed *WHAT!!?!?!?*

I want to thank Diatta and Adrienne for putting this group together, although I had to bow out very early due to injury, I did what I could do without making matters worse. I now have all the tools to keep going when I am closer to 100%, because I am never going to be 100% again because it is always something. I decided to take the stairs instead of the elevator and something popped in my knee and I was on my cane for 2 days, so no lunges, squats etc. So again thank you and congratulations to everyone and keep pushing.


This experience has been life changing. Since May I’ve lost almost 20 lbs, about 10 inches in my waist, and just got my blood work that
shows my LDL (bad cholesterol) has dropped to I’m no longer at risk. Thanks Diatta Harris and Adrienne Gordon for giving us the tools and to my co-cinchers for cheering me on & motivating me to work harder.
