Make It Happen Workout

I did this workout earlier in the year and while it seems short and pretty…..those pyramids are KILLER!

Equipment needed:

  •  Dumbbells
  • Mat

First Set

Exercise

Weight

Walking lunges and shoulder presses 20 12.5 lbs/each
Backward lunges and bicep curls 20 12.5 lbs/each
Walking lunges and shoulder presses 20 12.5 lbs/each
Push ups/mountain climbers 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 NA
Squat/curl 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 , 12 12.5 lbs/each
Squat jumps 12 NA

REPEAT

DONE in 30 minutes
