That is what it felt like I was having when I sprinted my way around the gym today in boot camp. This is the 4th week of boot camp and our instructor took it up a notch to TEST us on everything we should have improved upon from week 1. Whether this was your first boot camp or your 21st, we got it in today.

I was sweating up a storm today with today's workout. I was working hard PLUS it was hot up in there. Either way I started my workout with a 9-minute mile treadmill warm up. Gotta get that blood flowing. So warm up on the treadmill - go quick so your body doesn't know what you are up to and WERK IT! ENJOY!

Felt good with my progress with today's workout with my personal trainer. We did a bunch of stuff tha tmade me feel strong. I am feeling a bit achey on the back of my neck from the smith machine barbell but other than that - I feel GREAT!
