Push Up Variations

I enjoy watching Peter Carvell, Home Fitness Expert, of 6 Pack Abs.  I’ve been watching his challenging videos for well over a year and he keeps things interesting.  I bet you noticed I said “watching”.  I haven’t actually tried a specific routine but have done each and every exercise he has showcased on my own in the gym during a variety of workouts.

In this video he showcases variations of the basic push up to help take chest development to the next level.

Remember – you have to push yourself to get results!

Let me know what you  think of this video and if you decided to try them.  I actually did the balance ball push up this morning and it was a little tough since I did them right after completing regular push ups with Santanas.  UGH!
