Killer HIIT Cardio
I call them killer HIIT cardio because at a certain point it feels as if you are going to pass out – that is actually how hard you are working. You are unable to talk or have conversation during the high intensity part (which typically only last seconds up to a minute) and when it’s time to lower the speed to recover, you are catching your breath so not much conversation happening there.HIIT Routines
If you want to try a killer HIIT cardio routine but don’t know where to begin, you are in luck. I have 3 listed below that were created for my fitness level. Know your body so if you are unable to go as fast as the speeds listed here, modify it for you since the intensity levels are also listed.
