Registration is open so sign up today for the #NoFluff Challenge (SEPTEMBER):

This program is a total body challenge with workouts to focus on 1 body part a day, 6 days a week with 1 day’s rest. The workouts are for beginners and intermediate fitness levels and can be done at home, in the gym, outside or anywhere really.

It includes:

  30-days of workouts
  Exercise and cardio calendar
  HIIT routines (4)
  2, 7-day meal plans for the month
  Available anywhere worldwide as long as you have an Internet connection
  Using Trainerize for the group chat, live chat, measurements and weigh-ins
  Before & After photos and measurements instructions
  Video examples of each exercise move
  Post-challenge guide with instructions on how to continue getting results once the challenge is over (we don’t want to just drop you off with no           plan)
  Me as your coach and trainer
  Instruction on how to get started and use Trainerize app
