Hey everybody!!!  I am back in full swing after fighting a small cold that hit me right before new years!  With that, my trainer Heather and I worked it OUT!!  You hear me?  She constantly challenges me and my puny muscles.  Try this workout and you TOO will get more energy and have the stamina to withstand challenging work days!

Equipment Needed:

  • Barbell
  • Dumbbell
  • Smith machine
  • Bench

Exercise

Snatch and press 15 30 lbs
Standing rows 20 50 lbs
10 push ups, 10 sec mountain climbers (repeat 3 times) 30 push ups total NA
Bicep curls with barbell 15 30 lbs
Push ups on smith machine – left leg raise 15 NA
Push ups on smith machine – right leg raise 15 NA
Alternating side lunge with bicep curl 20 30 lbs
Seated Arnold press 10 30 lbs
Snatch and press 15 30 lbs
Standing rows 20 50 lbs
10 push ups, 10 sec mountain climbers (repeat 3 times) 30 push ups total NA
Bicep curls with barbell 15 30 lbs
Push ups on smith machine – left leg raise 15 NA
Push ups on smith machine – right leg raise 15 NA

Captain chair abs 20 NA

DONE   IN 30 MINUTES
