Health means different things to different people. For some it is physical endurance. For others it is beating a debilitating disease. For others it is improving what they put in their mouth. Define what health is for you and then do you research to optimize it. Do you have high blood pressure? Is it hereditary? What do you need to do to better manage it? Not with artificial means like pills either – but naturally?
Are you diabetic? How can you manage it so you aren’t on a plethora of pills and medications (that are expensive maintenance drugs btw)? Many of us struggle with good health but it can be achieved.
Your Health is Your Greatest Wealth – no amount of money can buy you good health (meaning you have to put in work to get and remain healthy). A lot of it is also mindset. When you get tired of being out of breath, sleepness nights due to being overweight and lack of energy due to the consumption of food low in nutritional value you will get your butt in gear.
I will be honest – I’m not in the peakest form of health (I’m no slouch though – there is always room for improvement) BUT I am conscious about what I put in my mouth good, bad or indifferent. I do move my body at least once a day because my day job is very sedentary. I am always looking to do better each and every day.
Take control of your health. Don’t let cake, bad eating and lifestyle habits rule your health condition. You can do it – I know you can and believe in you.
What will you do for yourself TODAY to improve your overall health and wellness?

Fresh over from the A to Z. Very relatable and thought provoking post. I have been wanting to improve my health- particularly diet for ages. To some avail.
