Fierce Fitale Workout
After a 3 week break, I took it back to the gym with my trainer Heather. Â It was like I hadn't missed a step even though I am a little sore right now. Â Try this workout and let me know how you feel afterwards. Â Hopefully you feel feminine and FIERCE!

Fireworks Workout
Last year I worked out with my trainer first thing in the morning. Â It helped keep me motivated and not feel guilty when I hung out and ate at the cookout before the fireworks! Â Keep pushing and don't let up.

Eating Healthy
I'm about to go on my mini world tour and eating healthy is always a challenge for me when I am off of my routine. Â Here is a very good video by one of Femme Fitale's fitness idol who explains a very good way to trump that challenge and still have a good time while on vacation!
