For as long as I can remember I have primarily exercised with dumbbells. But using a resistance band to workout is a great alternative to using free weights or even machines.
I enjoy using them when I’m travelling, don’t have a lot of space or can’t get to the gym.
I put together this awesome resistance band workout you can do at home or in a gym. It requires minimal equipment and is perfect for beginner or intermediate fitness levels.
This workout uses a mini loop band and a weight plate (hand weights will do).
