I am so excited to share my latest mini loop resistance band workout with you.
For as long as I can remember I have primarily exercised with dumbbells. But using a resistance band to workout is a great alternative to using free weights or even machines.
I enjoy using them when I’m travelling, don’t have a lot of space or can’t get to the gym.
I put together this awesome resistance band workout you can do at home or in a gym. It requires minimal equipment and is perfect for beginner or intermediate fitness levels.
This workout uses a mini loop band and a weight plate (hand weights will do).

Hey, this exercise looks great! I think I will try this one as well although my first idea was to recommend it to my wife, that has just started attending to gym and live her fitness life style. That can really help her in working out before trying any weights!
