A Quickie

During a holiday weekend like this weekend it can be a challenge making time to work out when spending time with family and friends BUT here is a quickie workout that will at least allow you to achieve some activity for the day even if it doesn’t burn all of the extra calories you may be consuming during this fun time!

Complete ONE Round:

100 Jumping Jacks

90 Crunches

80 Squats

70 Mountain Climbers (35 each leg)

60 Jumping Jacks

50 Crunches

40 Jump Squats

30 Switch Lunges

20 Jumping Jacks

10 Burpees
