You Can’t Handle The Truth #Workout

If I haven’t told you this is my second session going to both boot camp and my personal trainer so I still consider myself in Beast Mode up to the holidays.  Boot camp ends December 20, 2012!  He is not taking it easy on us so it is because of that I am hopeful my trainer WILL!  No such luck.

I dragged myself to the gym yesterday and was grumpy and grouchy Gretchen at the very beginning of the workout.  She then pulls out this circus elephant platform which looks like it comes up to my waist and hands me 2 weight plates and tells me to get to exercising!  I whined like a little baby because of course with the over 200 squats we did in boot camp my legs were KILLING ME!  But I did as I was told and what I was paying her for.

3 Back   lunge, shoulder press, squat, back lunge (alternating) 20 10 lbs
4 Squat   jumps 20 NA
5 Staggered   arm push ups – right 15 NA
6 Staggered   arm push ups – left 15 NA
7 Mountain   climbers 45 sec NA
8 Side   lunge touch, shoulder press (alternating) 20 30 lbs
9 Right   leg step ups – front raise 15 10 lbs
10 Left   leg step ups – front raise 15 10 lbs
11 Back   lunge, shoulder press, squat, back lunge (alternating) 20 10 lbs
12 Squat   jumps 20 NA
13 Staggered   arm push ups – right 15 NA
14 Staggered   arm push ups – left 15 NA
15 Mountain   climbers 45 sec NA
16 Side   lunge touch, shoulder press (alternating) 20 30 lbs
17 Decline   bench ab crunches 20 NA
18 Decline   bench oblique twists 20 NA
