It is Day 5 of the Twelve Days of Fitness challenge by Fit Armadillo. This challenge encourages fitness bloggers to blog every day for the next 12 days about our workouts. This is definitely a fun challenge for me.
Now on to my workout – Day 29 of the 31 Days To New Year’s Eve Ab/Squat December Challenge. I know that is a long title but we are putting in some work. Today the workout consists of 245 squats and 120 leg raises. Don’t think this is going to be a lot of fun. I also have a Nordictrack workout scheduled on iFit called “Holiday Gut Buster Day 2”. Finally got the iFit set up and working! Oh what FUN! The first challenge helps develop muscles and the 2nd challenge helps REVEAL the muscle. There IS a difference if you didn’t know. 🙂
So there you have it – my workout for today. It’s raining outside so I am happy I have options to get in my cardio. Tomorrow is another day of – you guessed it SQUATS and plank reaches!
