Going through my email inbox I found a link to this web ad on bodybuilding.com which is a major website for those who work out with weights to build muscle. There is a host of information on this site who are intense and intent on this way of life.
I must have subscribed to something because I received an email which linked me to this page and multiple videos and a workout and diet plan which guarantees results. If you watch the video they basically discuss working out a specific weight lifting program 4 days a week accompanied with a special diet plan that will not leave you starving (throw away your traditional thoughts about dieting) but helps to fuel your body before, during and after the workouts. The 4 days consist of upper and lower body workouts with the option of some cardio.
And ladies, this is for both men AND women!
Check out the Bizzy Diet 21-Day Fitness Plan!
His 21-day transformation. Can anyone share why people hold up newspapers when taking photos of their before and after transformations? I was just wondering.

I think people hold up newspapers as a record of the date the picture is taken.

Ah ok. I can never see the date on the paper. LOL.

Yah, it’s just in case someone disputes the photo. You can always zoom in on the cover of the paper to prove the date 🙂
It’s funny looking huh?
