You guys know I am in BEAST MODE for the next 4 weeks and am doing both boot camp and working with my personal trainer. Let’s just say…..I’m sore from yesterday but felt powerful enough to get through the exercise routine so I am proud I am getting stronger. GRRRRRRRRRRR..unleash the beast! Hahahaha!

- Dumbbells
- Seated hamstring machine
- Fill in the blanks on the appropriate weight for your fitness level
