GIT IT #Workout

I worked out two days in a row.  Not just any ol’ workout but hit the weights twice back-to-back.  I normally don’t do that.  It was good.  We primarily worked the upper body today since the lower body was worked yesterday.  I normally am a little more chatty with Heather at least during my rest periods but today I was in thought.  What was all of this for?  Had thoughts about my job on my mind as well as my children and chores I had to get completed before I left out the house for the day ready to face the world.

Then I snapped back into the thought about the moment – burn, the lift, the weight, the rep.  And everything was ok.  If you need a stress reliever….hit dem weights!  Better than any pill.
