It’s Day 13 of the December challenge and BOY what a response. We have over 97 people registered and ACTIVE with this challenge. In case you missed it this is a squat and ab daily challenge with rest days built in. It is amazing and will help us firm up our derriere and abs! What a great combination.
Today is Day 13 and that means 130 squats (you can break them up in sets) and Pilates 100! Whooo chile! I am FEELING IT! I woke up this morning to work out with my trainer and the Workout Divas at Brick Bodies of Reisterstown at 5:30 am. No one showed up therefore I wasn’t about to waste a trip – I just got started on this challenge. I got those squats down in 3 sets and the abs done in 1. OUCH!
I then promptly jumped on the treadmill and did my own interval take. I did 10 minutes on the treadmill for 1 mile. Then I hopped on the stepmill for 10 minutes for 1 mile. And then I hopped my happy self BACK on the treadmill for another 10 minutes to finish at 1.3 miles. YES I was moving. I had to get my legs back under me since I haven’t been running regularly all month – only in boot camp.
I did burn some calories.
AAAaannndddd you all would be so proud – I started my day off with a plant-based breakfast. Check it out!
And I kept it going at lunch.
I felt like a winner today!!!! The number 13 doesn’t have to be unlucky – it is ALL in what you make it!
