There’s the age old question, how many times do you workout a week. I say workout as much as you have the energy for but in all seriousness, make sure your activity level changes from day to day. You can’t go 200% EVERY day – your body needs time to recover and heal. With that said….I’m sharing my main weights workout this week.
I’m also sharing my playlist (WARNING the lyrics will have you amped but they are a little ratchet) but I think you will enjoy it. This music gets me especially amped for outdoor runs.

Now on to this harcore workout. You only need hand weights, rowing machine and DETERMINATION!
Equipment needed:
- Rowing machine
- Hand weights
- Towel
- Water
