Who can perform this workout?
If you have mobility in your shoulders and elbows you can perform this workout. Before starting or trying any new exercise program be sure to consult with your physician first.
Muscles being toned
This workout will hit several muscles in your upper body. They include shoulders, biceps, and triceps. And let’s face it, there’s more to this workout than just aesthetics. Over time you may find lifting things gets easier like groceries, children and pets.
Equipment needed?
You will need a great set of dumbbells, dumbbells or barbells. You can try some of these moves without resistance but to get the optimal results, use resistance (i.e. lift heavy things).
