March It Out Challenge 2015

I am so excited we are doing a challenge this month.  I took a little break from announcing one last month and truth be told, I am late getting the word out on this one but we are doing it!!!

March It Out Challenge 2015

Let’s keep it really simple, be the person who gets the most steps in a day.

  • Try to average at least 10,000 steps a day
  • Stay consistent
  • Even if you don’t feel like it, get up and MOVE!
  • Walk, crawl, sprint, run, skip…..just move.

That’s IT.  To make it extra fun use hashtag #MarchItOut and tag me at IG:  @FemmeFitaleFitclub or Twitter:  @DSTPRL so we can keep each other encouraged!

    Woot Woot this is a great challenge. Lately I’m running a lot more so 10,000 a day should be doable, but this will push me on rest days to at least get walking! Thanks!

    Hopefully this challenge will keep me moving on my running ‘rest’ days, I always seem to struggle to get 10,000 without running.

      I am with you Tracey – I plan to run daily just to get the steps in and for better success with this challenge. My daily step goal is 12K.
