I love drinking water plain and at room temperature but I know that isn’t everyone’s cup of tea (pun intended). I have been on a mission to get people to drink more water to stay hydrated and healthy for a while now and I amped it up once I came out with my own Infusion Water Bottles with Drink Tracker.
The water bottle has a tracking graphic on it to encourage you to continue to drink your water throughout the day to never get thirsty and to stay fully hydrated. Unfortunately over 70% of adult Americans do not drink enough water daily but let’s change that right?
So here is a delicious way to flavor your plain water and I can almost guarantee you will become a water drinking fiend because flavoring your water with herbal tea is just THE BOMB!

Herbal tea of your choice. I used Teavana tea in the video. Here are the different flavors I have been infusing and drinking lately:

Place about 1.5 TB of herbal tea leaves in the infusion basket, add fruit of choice (pineapple, mango and strawberries are great juicy choices), put the top back on the infusion basket and water bottle, shake and then place in fridge for at least 2 hours to chill it and to give it time to infuse.
