Girl on Fire #Workout

Ya’ll…I did something I do not ordinary do.  I did an evening workout on Monday!  I am usually so tired from the rigors of the day I can’t usually squeak out an evening workout but I made some promises to some acquaintances of my son’s pee wee football league.  My boot camp had a free session this Monday so I went in the evening to participate with the ladies who said they would come.  I was already scheduled to work out that morning.

OMG!  That is all I can say.  The workouts were both intense and they varied!  I was able to keep up even though I needed new running shoes.  My shins and feet are killing me right now still and it is Thursday!

After all of that activity on Monday..I got up bright and early to work out with Heather at the gym.  Ooohhhhwweeeee!  I don’t know how these die hards do it!  I am feeling it right now you know why?  Because I had boot camp again this morning where we warmed up with a mile run.  Because I ordered but had not yet received my new running shoes – I walked the mile warm up because I figured no reason to put myself all of the way out of the game by killing my legs right?

In spite of all of this..I feel like the Girl on Fire Alicia Keys sings about in her popular song.  This is the workout my trainer had me do after KNOWING I went to two boot camp sessions with all of those abs and cardio!  She didn’t care.
