Easy To Use With Their Other Products
I used this female fitness app while drinking Flat Tummy Shakes in chocolate flavor for my breakfast and it not only tasted delicious, but also kept me full and fueled to remain active throughout the day.

My Thoughts On The Flat Tummy App
For me, I’ve been exercising a while and have muscle-building goals so the workouts were not very challenging to me. I am at the stage where I am pushing iron. I selected advanced with each program I tried. It did get my heart rate up but I wasn’t crawling away in agony afterwards.
With that said I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking for daily planned workouts. It offers variety and doesn’t require equipment.
This app offers that so you won’t get bored. If you have fallen off your fitness and getting back to it, this female fitness app will challenge you.
If you have been exercising intensely for years, you may not get as much of a challenge from the app but it is helpful when you want to change up your routine.
I like how the programming is categorized by body part so once you select the program it provides 30 days of daily and progressive workouts.
The app does the work for you and all you need to do is open it up, head to the day you are on and click play.
The meal guide is really impressive. It literally tells you what to each day with beautiful food pics and detailed recipes. Each recipe tracks calories and macros.
It also tells you the amount of servings you’re preparing and cooking time.
I did make some of the breakfast recipes since I normally cook breakfast for one. Dinner is a bit trickier because I’m preparing food for a family of four. All of the recipes were easy to follow, didn’t require foreign ingredients or extensive prep time.
If you can’t follow directions to boil water, you can handle their recipes.
The forum was very supportive and I didn’t start topics but did leave encouraging words for those who did. The folks are friendly and the moderator is helpful.
My weight has decreased since using the app and drinking my shakes. I’ve been tracking my weight loss progress in the app and it has really helped to keep me going.
