    I also love the elliptical and use it religiously as a warm up before my strength training sessions. Sometimes I will jump on there to catch up on DVR shows so I don’t feel so guilty watching them!

    I have a love/hate with the elliptical, I prefer the stair master!

      The stair master is a beast. The new beast in my life is the stepmill. That thing will make you sweat.

    I’ve never been on the stairmaster and hardly ever hit the elliptical, I just use the treadmill!
