This week’s challenge is to stay on track with your workouts and not go overboard with your possible diet splurges.
Let’s be realistic….with all of the good food our families will be preparing this week why fool yourself? If you have been committeed to your workout all of this time then a splurge here and there won’t get you totally off track. Just remember MODERATION and enjoy your grandma’s sweet potato pie or your great aunt’s giblet dressing. Whatever IT is…..just don’t go overboard.
