Do You Miss Me #Workout

Unfortunately my trainer is out of town for the next 2 weeks while she galavants all over the country with her dance company.  I ain’t mad tho.  Gave me a chance to go to boot camp today and I plan to do the following workout which she sent me while on the road.

Try it yourself and let me know how you feel afterwards.  Remember to adjust to your fitness level and warm up for at least 10 minutes first.  Now let’s GO!

Equipment needed:

  • Barbell
  • Dumbbell
  • Bench





Walking lunges 20 25 lbs
Bicep curls, left, right then both 10 20 lbs
Tricep push ups 20 NA
Squat thrusts with jump 15 NA
Rows 15 70 lbs
Jump squats onto bench 20 NA
Tricep dips on bench 20 NA
Side lunge left w/ hammer curl 10 15 lbs
Side lunge right w/ hammer curl 10 15 lbs
Squat and press 20 30 lbs
Ab crunches decline bench 20 NA
Front raise, reverse lunge 20 15 lbs
Alternating jump lunges 20 NA
Ab crunches 30 NA
Bicycle crunches 30 NA
Plank hold 60 sec NA
Leg lifts 20 NA
Side plank – left 45 sec NA
Side plank – right 45 sec NA
Plank hold 60 sec NA

REPEAT   2 more times
