Bust A Move #Workout

You know what it feels like to be in beast mode?  IT SUCKS!  Yeah I said it.  It is uncomfortable, it hurts, it stretches you and you always feels rushed and pushed!  BUT…when you look up and take notice……even if you don’t…others take notice that helps you take notice.  You realize the thighs are stronger and leaner, the abs are 2 pack(ier)..the arms are leaning out and the biceps are trying to finally pop through!  So just bust a move and keep it moving.109704940893301834_GnQ44kRD_c

It makes it all worth it.  So try the following workout to understand how I get pushed after 3 days of boot camp workouts with agility, sprints and ab work.  Try it, you might like it.

Bulgarian lunges – left
Bulgarian lunges – right
Step ups – right
Step ups – left
Decline push ups alternating leg raise 20
Decline plank 10 seconds
Box jump squats 15
Decline ab crunches 20
Decline rotating obliques 20
Decline ab crunch up on legs 12
Smith machine – squats
Smith machine – backward lunges
Smith machine – wide leg squats
Bulgarian lunges – left
Bulgarian lunges – right
Step ups – right
Step ups – left
Decline push ups alternating leg raise 20
Decline plank 10 seconds
Box jump squats 15

    Use weights according to your fitness level.
