You know what it feels like to be in beast mode? IT SUCKS! Yeah I said it. It is uncomfortable, it hurts, it stretches you and you always feels rushed and pushed! BUT…when you look up and take notice……even if you don’t…others take notice that helps you take notice. You realize the thighs are stronger and leaner, the abs are 2 pack(ier)..the arms are leaning out and the biceps are trying to finally pop through! So just bust a move and keep it moving.
