Can’t even play! Push-ups are my weak point! Need to make myself a personal challenge. 🙂

Whoa! this is intense! I struggle enough with regular push ups with my weedy arms…..you girls are awesome. So powerful and strong….push up variations always remind me of rocky and his one armed ones…wow! My runner legs are strong and can do anything you ask….well….they run very fast…does that count? 😉

Strong legs do count but get that upper body strength going and rock the world.

Oh my God, Diatta! This is awesome! I’m looking for new ways to boost my core strength since I’ve been quite lax with my regular yoga practice since having my daughter, so I’m very intrigues by many of the variations on this list…
I’m bookmarking this post, for sure!
Have a great week ahead…
