I made PROGRESS! My endurance has definitely improved. I did the 30-minute Oxygen Stepmill Workout today and SMASHED IT!!!!! I mean I got through it without having to adjust any of the speed OR feeling like I was going to fly off the back. That is progress in my book! I credit the Sanders Optimum Fitness Boot Camp for that progress because all of those sprints really set your heart on fire and it has no choice but to get stronger! And I’m headed back at noon for the Zumba class with London who comes highly recommended. Why pay extra for Zumba when my gym offers it right there? Stay tuned for my review!
