I’m back at it in the gym with my personal trainer Heather Brooke Malone-Wolf (mouthful right)? I started double dipping again with trainer and boot camp. It is hard but necessary if I want to meet my goal of wearing a 2-piece this summer while on vacation. As my girl tells me all the time, Summer Bodies Are Made In The Winter. Well this summer girl been working hard this winter. We are actually about to start coming out of hibernation with this weekend’s time change. Aaaahhhhhhh I can smell the summer breeze already!
Try this workout – it is challenging and keeps you moving so the heart rate stays up and muscles get challenged. I did a 10 minute, 1-mile warm up on the treadmill before working out with her to get my blood flowing and to wake me up. She was right, running is like a morning cup of coffee! ENJOY and leave me a comment of what you think of this workout.
