  • Absolutely NO added sweetener 🍭 (natural or artificial) allowed – this includes agave, honey, or sweet n low.
  • Stevia is the ONLY added sweetener allowed

  • Share your progress on social media and use the challenge hashtag #LiveSugarFree so I can find and feature you
  • Your daily sugar budget is 25 grams or LESS so be sure to READ NUTRITION LABELS and stick to the serving size

Live Sugar Free Challenge Prep

Be sure to prep for this challenge to start off on the right foot and increase your chances of success
  • Day 1 measure your waist with a tape measure and record the number of inches.  If it’s over 35 inches there’s work to be done.
  • Print off your prompt calendar below and post somewhere highly visible to you (bathroom mirror, refrigerator door)
  • Follow the Yes & No Food List below.
  • Stay consistent and mindful of food you are eating and its sugar content

    I am not sure that I could go fully without sweeteners. I am pretty good but hooked on my sweetened coffee.

    Don’t No If you have tried it or not but I eat these every day and for the last month I have been drinking the red tea it has made me start feeling great when I wake up in the morning I have more energy and not dragged down something to look in to for your self

    Every time I decide to try the sugar-free diet, I fail very badly. So, I tried a different approach. I started replacing sugar with honey, say, for example, I add a teaspoon of honey in my tea and coffee. So, in a way, I am not completely out of sweet addiction, but doing better than before.

    Seriously, I always pay attention to diet, not the kind of person who eats special sweets. Although I give some chocolates from others or from the office, I will eat some from time to time, but I do n’t have a subjective need for desserts. I do n’t like sweets when I drink coffee. So, speaking of the 30-day sugar-free diet challenge, I gladly accepted it, and secretly thought: Is this too easy?
