I Feel Good Workout

Today was my workout day with my trainer Heather who is FANTASTIC!  Anyway, felt good today and was ready to get active and challenge myself.  Heather never ceases to disappoint.

Unfortunately the gym environment felt a little hot and muggy which always makes me crabby but hey it was 6:00 am in the morning and it takes a while for the A/C to kick in.  But enough of my complaints, I left out feeling good.  All of these workouts take 30 minutes which I love.  IN and OUT!  Enjoy!

Equipment needed:

  • Dip machine
  • Cable machine
  • Balance ball

I Feel Good Workout

Push   up left/rightalternating side plank 15 NA
Balance   ball tuck 20 NA
Balance   ball push up 15 NA
Jump   split squats 20 NA
Cable machine – rightarm   back row, back

lunge right

Cable   machine – left armback row, back lunge left 15 15
Squat   and bicep curl 15 30
Squats 15 30

REPEAT

DONE   IN 30 MINUTES
