Fresh Fruit Protein Smoothie

I went back to the gym after taking about a week off and this is my tried and true, GO TO smoothie!  Try it!  You will thank me later.


1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Handful of baby spinach

1 cup frozen mixed fruit

1 scoop of Vega One Protein powder

Instructions:  add to blender, blend until well mixed and enjoy!
