We here at Femme Fitale Fit Club have a few favorite fitness sites we love to visit, read and support! We wanted to share with you some of these sites with you because we think these women are fabulous, courageous, generous and inspirations. Their sites range from chronicling their weight loss journey to dropping science about health and fitness to sharing strength training moves and giveaways.

1. Fit Momma
Safari Charles is dynamic, sweet as pie and very generous with sharing her journey. She has lost over 60 lbs and is highly motivational! She keeps us informed with her fitness triumphs and shortcomings. We follow her because she is REAL. YAY for Fit Momma!!!

2. Black Girl’s Guide to Weight Loss
Black Girl’s Guide To Weight Loss is pioneered by Erika Nicole, who is ONE cool member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. so it is ALL good. BGG2WL is a major blog as she DROPS SCIENCE y’all. On this blog you are going to find information about her weight loss journey (she used to weight 330 lbs) but informative articles about health, wellness along with the science of it all. Her blog IS a must read and one to bookmark.

3. The Frugal Exerciser
Sheila Simmons is a fitness instructor and certified personal trainer who decided to share her passion for fitness with the world. We follow her page for the latest and greatest fitness challenges as well as the amazing giveaways! Everything from cash giveaways to fitness equipment and gear. Who wouldn’t want to keep her page in constant rotation?

4. Mom & Fitness
LaShandra Holmes is a mother and fitness enthusiast who spends time running with Black Girl’s Run! (BGR). She is a new and growing site we just started following but we are glad we did. She incorporates being a mom with getting in her fitness and we LOVE that about this page. She shares her workout schedule, running schedule and much more. Check her out. You won’t be disappointed.

5. Black Girls RUN
These cousins, Toni and Ashley SPARKED a movement! Seriously. Running is more popular than ever and they are one of the reasons for it. They encourage hundreds of thousands of women to get up and run EVERY MINUTE of the day. Oh you definitely want to check them OUT because you will find yourself suiting and signing up for races automatically. LOL!
