RB: My name is Becca and I’m a mom.
FFFC: What sparked your weight-loss transformation journey?
RB: I started my weight loss journey a year ago when I realized I needed to get healthy in order to keep my kidneys function and not have a transplant
FFFC: What was your beginning and current weight or measurements?
RB: Beginning weight was 196 current 180.
FFFC: How long did it take for your weight-loss transformation from beginning to end?
RB: I am still working on it i have a ways to go.
FFFC: What physical activities did you participate in during your journey?
RB: Walking and bike riding.
FFFC: How did your eating habits change?
RB: I’m still learning to change my eating habits.
FFFC: What do you typically eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
RB: Breakfast is usually eggs/toast lunch soup/sandwich dinner whatever I fix for family.
FFFC: What is your favorite fitness activity?
FFFC: What do you do now to maintain your physique?
RB: Walk and try to make good choices.
FFFC: How did you develop and sustain the willpower to avoid the bad stuff (i.e. junk food, bad drinks, lack of activity, etc.)?
RB: I’m still working on that.
FFFC: What advice do you have for someone starting out on their weight-loss journey but unsure of how to begin?
RB: Do research and pick what is right for you not everyone can do the same things and get same results so do what works for you and never give up no matter how many times you fall.
FFFC: What do you think is the biggest misconception about this journey?
RB: That it’s a quick fix and that it is easy neither is true.
FFFC: Do you have any fitness idols? Who are they?
RB: Regular everyday people are my idols those who are accomplishing their weight loss goals.
