This challenge will not only help you jump start your fitness and weight loss journey I’m going to share information with you which will enable you to continue along your journey long after this challenge is over so you continue to reap results with science-based techniques (no gimmicks here).
This challenge starts March 1, 2017 and includes:

A true inspiration I must say. 45 minutes a day for myself is not that hard to manage. You are right, focus and determination will lead towards what you want. I am on it.
