Back in November 2011 I got hooked on the stepmill. It is a great way to work those glutes, hamstrings, and quads. It is also exhausting and really gets the heart rate up there. For that – I need to renew my love for the stepmill. I’ve been away far too long. This routine I found in my November 2011 issue of Oxygen Magazine (perfect timing) and pulled it out of the archives and plan to work this today at the gym before it gets too late.
Try it and tell me how you like it. The routine only had the Speed/Level and since my machine has it by Steps per Minute I added a translation column :-). I hope it makes sense.
