Seen as I’m a weight loss hypnotherapy practitioner in Liverpool, I’d like to contribute to this great post in saying my top tips for weight loss is to learn to differentiate the difference in the emotions one feels. For example, are you really hungry or are you feeling sad? Are you really hungry or are you bored and just looking for something to do? It sounds insane but many people can’t differentiate between hunger and other typical emotions we feel. I would also recommend making your meals in advance and freezing them meaning you can have your meals in minutes with little effort throughout the week; faster than a takeaway or fast food! What’s more, you can even bring snacks with you when you’re out and about. Not only will it stop you becoming addicted to junk food – it saves your wallet a headache too!
