How To Destress


I recently participated in a Twitter chat with Runkeeper and Super Nutrient #greenholiday (which was a lot of fun by the way) when I learned of this great and inexpensive way to help destress through this stressful time of year.  There are many benefits to lavender which makes it one of the most useful herbs around.


Here is what I learned from the chat on how to use it to destress:  Place 3 to 4 drops of lavender oil on your pillow and it will help you get a good night’s restful sleep.  I tried it and IT WORKS!  I slept like a baby.
