What sparked your weight-loss transformation journey?
My weightloss journey was sparked by needing to shed weight after recovering from a traumatic brain injury.
How long did it take for your weight-loss transformation from beginning to end?
My beginning weight was around 200 lbs and I am currently maintaining 150 lbs and it took me 4 months to lose the weight
Which physical activities did you participate in during your journey?
During the beginning of my weightloss journey I would go for an early morning walk followed by simple bodyweight exercises 5-6 time a week
How did your eating habits change?
I became a pescatarian
What do you typically eat for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner?
Breakfast Examples
Protein Based Smoothie
Scrambled Eggs and 1/2 Avocado
Oatmeal with peanut butter and 1/2 Banana
Lunch Examples
Small portion of dinner leftovers
Fruit Salad
Tuna Salad Sandwich
Dinner Examples
Salmon with veggies

Snacks are not usually my thing but if I feel like I need something extra within my feeding window. I would try to keep it under a 100 calories with fruits, nuts, or my favorite popcorn!
What is your favorite fitness activity?
Even though I am now working out at the gym, nothing beats an early morning walk
What do you do now to maintain your physique?
I maintain my weight by working out everyday and always being mindful of how much I consume
How did you develop and sustain the willpower to avoid the bad stuff (i.e. junk food, bad drinks, lack of activity, etc.)?
My willpower came from my injury and not wanting to be in that position ever again if I could help it and that is how I created MindSet On Healthy to be an inspiration to others that is what keeps me going.
What advice do you have for someone looking to get started with their fitness journey but not sure where to begin?
My advice for anyone just beginning is you don’t have to be perfect.
What do you think is the biggest misconception about this journey?
The biggest misconception I believe is that this journey has to end at some point when in reality this is journey for life
How can readers learn more about your transformation and journey online (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)?
My journey is documented on my blog on my website www.mindsetonhealthy.com Instagram @robinchennay
