I found this dehydration infographic and it is really hitting home for me. You see, I just lost my uncle unexpectedly from a massive heart attack.
He was always health conscious but stopped taking his blood pressure medication. We believe a piece of plaque broke off and clogged his arteries which resulted in this massive attack.
I have read if you drink a glass of water a night before bed it can prevent your chances of a heart attack by 30%. This has motivated me to keep the water by my bedside.
Also, stay hydrated, drink 74 oz of water for women and 3 liters of water for men A DAY minimum and eat a bunch of fresh fruits and veggies which are loaded with water!
