Chicken Wing

I actually set a goal for myself.  Starting Wednesday I will be working out 5 days a week every week for the next four weeks.  Why?  Because I feel like I need to turn it up and get into BEAST MODE!

This is my chicken wing.

I want more definition in the shoulder, bicep and tricep.  My trainer went up on the weights to 20 lb bicep curls and tricep overhead extensions and I know I need to be heavier to get what I want.  The additional cardio from the boot camp will help decrease my body fat content.

This is my mission and I always strive to finish what I start so follow me to see how this looks after 4 weeks when I share my “After” photo of my chicken wing.  Maybe by then I will graduate to a turkey wing!
