Cardio Routine

Cardio is one of the best ways to improve stamina and endurance.  You have to play and go hard to get the results you desire.  Femme Fitales don’t give up and are not afraid of a little hard work and sweat.  Let me know if you complete the following cardio routine and how you feel afterwards by leaving a comment.

15:00-20:00 4 2-4 5
Tip: Beginners should start with a speed of 3.5 mph; advanced exercisers can go up to 5.

*RPE, rate of perceived exertion, is a measure of your exercise intensity based on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the most effort. Adjust speed and incline to reach desired RPE above.

      Why thank you. I plan to continue to post more of the routines I perform eventually graduating up to actual video. That is once I stop being chicken! LOL
