My co-worker told me this is his favorite smoothie to make. Since he looks to be in pristine physical shape I thought I would try it. DE-LISH-US!!!!! This tastes amazing. Here’s the recipe, try it and tell me how you like it.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop of Vega One Protein powder
Instructions: add to blender, blend until well mixed and enjoy!
Pssssst: Don’t tell anyone but I added a few spinach leaves to mine as well. 🙂
