Two Juice Recipes That Save Your Skin

I know the title of this post seems a bit extreme but I am serious.  I watch several YouTube videos and see young ladies on the street either with smathers of or smathering on all of this BB cream and concealer trying to hide the bad skin.  I want to scream at the screen at them every time and let them know if they just eat a well-balanced diet full of fruits and vegetables their skin would clear up in no time and be as smooth as a baby’s bottom.

So today I present to you two recipes by Farmivore (an organic and GMO-free juice box curated from local farms in New York and surrounding areas) that if consumed on a regular basis will clear up that “bad” skin in no time.  Why?  Because they are juices which will go directly into the blood stream proving to be less work for the body to process yet easy work for the body to absorb vital vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals essential for good skin like:

And the list just goes on.  So try these recipes and leave a comment letting me know what you think.

Mint Medley Juice 2

1 cucumber

3 apples

2 pears

Carrot Twist Juice by Farmivore.com

Carrot Twist Ingredients

1 apple

6 carrots

3 celery stalks

1 lemon

1 sweet potato

Equipment

Omega VRT350 Juicer

Instruction:  Clean all produce in 1 part white vinegar, 8 parts water.  Let soak for about 15 minutes.  Then peel as necessary and cut into pieces that fit your juicer’s shoot.  If you have a blender and no juicer, blend everything up in your blender and strain with a strainer to remove the pulp.

These juices are not only delicious, they make about 20 oz each so you are sure to give your body a BOOST when you drink them.  Bon appetit!
