Run As Fast As You Can Workout
I completed this workout AFTER a 22 minute outdoor run - IN THE RAIN! Needless to say I felt icky and exhilirated all at the same time while finishing up this workout in the gym. I went home and took a VERY nice and soothing shower. Try out this workout and let me know how you feel!
